These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 368ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 368ph website, mobile platform, gaming services, and all related products and features (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the 368ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or game types, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the 368ph platform and may not register an account or use any of the Services. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 368ph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as administered under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. 368ph strictly enforces this requirement — creating an account while underage is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 368ph platform complies with the laws of your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a Philippine court may not register or use the Services.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on the 368ph platform or any other Philippine gaming platform under PAGCOR's exclusion database where applicable.

368ph reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

In the event that 368ph determines, at any time, that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, 368ph reserves the right to void all transactions, forfeit any balances derived from gameplay conducted during the ineligible period, and permanently close the account without further obligation to the player.

To access real-money gaming services on 368ph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and belongs exclusively to you.
• You are registering for personal use only and are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

One Account Per Player: Each natural person may hold only one (1) 368ph account. If 368ph identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, whether under the same or different registration details, 368ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed from those accounts, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 368ph will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify 368ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 368ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

KYC Verification: Full account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals, requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. 368ph may request additional documentary evidence of identity, source of funds, or proof of address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawing funds until the process is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits: 368ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the 368ph deposits page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your 368ph PHP wallet and are typically processed instantly for e-wallet channels and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the withdrawals page. 368ph targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet destinations; bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Currency: All transactions on 368ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 368ph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by 368ph; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction charges for which 368ph bears no responsibility.

368ph may offer various bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and contribution rates are disclosed for each Promotion.
• Time Limits: All Promotions have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless otherwise specified, Promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, or shared device. Attempts to claim multiple instances of a Promotion through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a violation of the One Account policy.

All games available on the 368ph platform are governed by the specific rules of each individual game type, which are accessible within each game's interface. General gameplay principles applicable across all 368ph games include:

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines for electronic games, and by physical cards, wheels, or dice dealt by live dealers for live casino games. 368ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 368ph's server-side records shall be the authoritative determinant of game outcome. 368ph shall not be liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues, including internet connectivity failures.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed. 368ph does not accept cancellation of placed bets except as expressly provided by the rules of a specific game type.
• All Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are publicly disclosed and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• 368ph reserves the right to void any bet found to be placed in circumstances involving system errors, misquoted odds, corrupted game data, or exploited software vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from such bets will not be paid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 368ph platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register while under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one account per natural person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or verification information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse, payment reversal fraud, or identity fraud.
• Using the 368ph platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or RNG anomalies to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets.
• Sharing account access with other individuals, including family members, unless a formal authorization process has been completed with 368ph support in writing.

All content on the 368ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and video elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 368ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 368ph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any 368ph content or software without express prior written consent from 368ph.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 368ph may be used by 368ph freely without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 368ph's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 368ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

368ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits from gambling activity, loss of expected winnings, business interruption, loss of data, or any other intangible losses — regardless of whether 368ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability.

368ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

368ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

368ph collects personal data including registration information, gameplay history, financial transaction records, device and browser data, and communication records for the purposes of: providing the Services, fulfilling regulatory and AML compliance obligations, fraud prevention, player support, and improving the platform experience for Filipino players.

368ph does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver the Services (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) and with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

368ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players, including those under the age of 21. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 368ph with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
